Instead, employees are welcomed into Cheers VRorld—a cutting-edge virtual reality onboarding program that immerses them in the company’s culture, operations, and leadership from day one.


With a VR headset, recruits can virtually meet the CEO, explore factory floors in Nashik, and even navigate bustling retail markets—all without leaving the office. This interactive journey includes avatars, quizzes, and 360-degree storytelling, ensuring every employee—whether in Gurugram, Nashik, or regional offices—shares the same engaging starting point.


The initiative reflects Pernod Ricard’s “people-first culture,” scaling induction while keeping it personal. Over 100 employees across 14 locations have already experienced the pilot, and the company plans to expand the program throughout 2026.
