Spanning 2.82 acres along Law College Road in Rushikonda, this ₹90 crore project promises a 3-year completion timeline and positions Vizag as India's next XR tourism hotspot.​

At the heart of the arena lies a 360° immersive theatre, blending virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and interactive gaming for mind-bending experiences.
