GuruVR Metaversity Igniting the XR Education Wave in India

GuruVR Metaversity announced the expansion of its educational footprint with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with TSSM’s Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering & Research (BSCOER) in Pune.

Through this collaboration, students at BSCOER will have access to FireBirdVR’s AKAR ecosystem, which supports awareness of XR technology, hands-on experience with development tools, actionable XR skills and portfolio building, and certification or placement opportunities following internships.

As part of the initiative, FireBirdVR will establish an XR laboratory at the college, enable the integration of the GuruVR Metaversity platform for immersive learning, and provide faculty development programs to upskill educators in XR technology.
